The audit ends with a recommendation: training, implementation, or both — and which workflow to do first. We give you the order of operations and the expected payback window. You decide what to act on.
3. Ship the first workflow
We deliver the highest-payback workflow before touching the next one. Real working software (or a trained team using a real playbook) in production inside weeks, not a multi-quarter program plan.
4. Compound
