Services we provide
AIAutomating.com provides AI education, consulting, implementation support, training, and related digital products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the proposal, checkout page, or agreement associated with each service.
Payments and refunds
Fees for paid services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. For our $97 AI Implementation Consultation Report, if we do not identify at least $97 in identifiable savings or revenue opportunities during the assessment, we will refund your payment upon request. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the consultation call.
Results and guarantees
Any case studies, testimonials, or projected outcomes we share are examples from our work and are not a guarantee of similar results for every client. Individual results depend on many factors, including implementation quality, team adoption, market conditions, and the accuracy of information provided.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of AIAutomating.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Client-specific deliverables are licensed for the client's internal use unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse our site or services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site functionality, submitting false information, or using our services for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIAutomating.com and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or services at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
